Our next Woman of Impact is Elnora Gavin, a lifelong Benton Harbor resident and a proud "Tiger Mom" who has dedicated her career to education justice. As an alumn of Benton Harbor High School, Howard and Harvard Kennedy School of Government, she returned home to serve on the BHAS Board and lead the FRESH START Coalition. Her leadership has been instrumental in championing our schools. As a pillar of the community, Elnora works tirelessly to protect our institutions and invest in the next generation of leaders.

Dan Dan Noodles with Chicken will be served tomorrow for all grades! 🍜
This delicious, authentic dish connects to Birthday Noodles, the book students are exploring about Chinese birthday traditions and culture. Chef Cory learned to make this recipe during last year’s Chef Council trip to the Sichuan Province of China.
